♦ Protective Functions

-- Phase sequence : refers to the fact that the order of the phases is not in the correct order of the zero value of the alternating current from the negative value to the positive value

-- Phase loss : Phase failure is a phenomenon in which one or more phases in the loop are disconnected, but not all phases lose voltage and no current. Or a phase voltage less than 60% of the rated voltage;

-- Overvoltage : the voltage (Umax-Ue)/Ue*100% exceeding the equilibrium potential of the electrode required for the discharge of ions on the electrode;

-- Undervoltage : the voltage required by the ion to discharge on the electrode is lower than the equilibrium potential of the electrode (Umin-Ue)/Ue*100%;

When the voltage phase sequence protector monitors the power supply voltage for any of the above-mentioned failures, the phase sequence voltage protector outputs a contact signal for the power control system to cut off the power supply to protect the device from damage.

4 . Because this protector only protects against voltage and phase sequence, it can be applied to various power motors.

Undervoltage: means "not enough voltage." For all electrical equipment, there is a rated voltage, but in practice, it is not completely guaranteed to operate at rated voltage, which is a range near the rated voltage, and generally requires ±15%. In order to protect electrical equipment and process quality, if the voltage is lower than -15%, it is "undervoltage". When the operating voltage drops below this voltage, the protection action will be cut off. On the contrary, if the voltage is higher than +15%, it is “overvoltage” and the protection also acts to cut off the power.
